Roz ana was established with the aim of bringing a smart yet casual approach to modern Indian dining.
The name "Roz ana" literally means "come back every day" in Hindi. This name was carefully chosen to drive our behaviour towards our guests so that every day we strive to ensure you return as often as possible.
Foremost in our ethos is quality; for our food, for our drinks, for our service and for your enjoyment. We strive to make each of you feel like our guests not just another customer. We provide you with a place where you will always feel comfortable; whether in the bar enjoying cocktails and lite bites; in the brasserie where we offer a casual yet fun dining experience, or our first floor restaurant where the mood is more relaxed.
With so many varieties of Indian cuisine, it is difficult for any restaurant concept to do justice to the true breadth and depth of Indian dining. Also, as the world gets ever smaller as a result of easier and cheaper world travel, cuisines from every part of the world are ever more influenced by each other. Indian cuisine is not different in this respect and today there is more and more cross-over between dishes that were once perceived as European.
At Roz ana we have embraced the development of Indian cuisines with these influences from European and other Asian cuisines to offer our customers Indian dishes that are now more in keeping with our multi cultural and multi influenced society.
With so much focus on our environment and our own health, we have also embraced the need to make our contribution to your wellbeing and that of our planet. You will find our food is generally lighter using less fatty oils and rich heavy sauces. We strive to use ingredients that recognise the need to be sensitive to our environment and the wellbeing of the animals and sea creatures we make into our food.
We are happy to cater for small and large parties. If you wish to have a venue where you can have a more casual business meeting with appropriate catering, we would be happy to discuss your needs.
